The Fundación Alternativas OBSERVATORY of CULTURE and COMMUNICATION was created in January 2008 for the purpose of studying and debating issues relating to the fields of culture and communication in Spain, the European Union and Ibero-America, including the Spanish-speaking community in the United States.
